Diversity Is No Drama
The theatre world often describes itself as open and full of perspectives. Yet when speaking with students, actors, and directors, it becomes clear how old structures still shape everyday life — and how challenging real equality and safe spaces can be.
The Heinrich Böll Foundation revisited these realities after their 2021 volume Theatre and Power, exploring through interviews how genuine inclusion might take root and benefit everyone involved.
